How Does The Process Work?

Give us a call or send us an email to setup a free consultation. We will meet with you at our office or your home. If you prefer we can consult over the phone or zoom. Whichever is most convenient for you.

Once you retain our services, we begin to gather your medical records, background information and evidence. We will send out letters of representation to all insurance companies and health care providers involved.

Continue Treatment. Get healthy, get back on your feet. We have 2-years until the statute of limitations runs out. We want to make sure your doctor(s) have finished treating you before we begin the settlement negotiations. During this time we are available to answer any questions you may have.

Once treatment is complete we will make a demand to the insurance company and begin settlement negotiations.

If we fail to reach an agreement with the insurance company, the next step is a lawsuit. We do not shy away from filing a lawsuit with our years of courtroom experience.
