• Pre-trial Motions are then filed, depending on the facts of the case. Often, these motions include a Motion to Suppress, a Demand for Discovery and a Motion to Preserve All Evidence.

• Once the discovery is obtained, you will sit down with your attorney and review all of the evidence. A course of action is decided and executed.
