What to Expect?
The first step in any criminal case is a consultation. We offer a free consultation.
During this consultation, you will learn exactly what to expect, what penalties you are facing and how much this defense will cost.
We offer a simple one page fee agreement. You will not get nickel and dimed. Unlike many lawyers, we do not charge you for copies, phone calls, or per court appearance. You will know what your defense will cost up front - with no surprises.
The first step in defending any criminal charge is the arraignment. Often, it is possible to waive this arraignment with what as referred to as a “Written Plea of Not Guilty.” Regardless of how much evidence the State has against you, every criminal case generally starts with a Not Guilty Plea.
If you are incarcerated, our number one priority becomes getting you out of jail. We will do everything in our power to get an OR bond set so that you can be free while your case is pending.
Pre-trial Motions are then filed, depending on the facts of the case. Often, these motions include a Motion to Suppress, a Demand for Discovery and a Motion to Preserve All Evidence.
Once the discovery is obtained, you will sit down with your attorney and review all of the evidence. A course of action is decided and executed.
Criminal charges can be beat!

Your defense is comprehensive and we will discuss every possible option with you. We can’t guarantee we will win, but we can promise you that we will work to get you the best possible result.
