Celia Weingartner

Celia Klug Weingartner focuses her practice on dependency, custody, estate planning and probate matters. Celia practices primarily in Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont Counties.

Celia was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a graduate of Wyoming High School. Celia attended DePauw University and received a degree in Sociology and Education Studies. Celia attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While at the College of Law, Celia was a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project where she managed 40+ cases of Ohio inmates claiming actual innocence. Additionally, Celia worked for Treleven and Klingensmith Law, the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office, and Legal Aid. She was also a volunteer with Hamilton County Youth Court.

In 2020, Celia argued in front of the Ohio Supreme Court, in In Re: A.M. as the Attorney Guardian ad litem for the child in the case. In Re A.M., Slip Opinion No. 2020-Ohio-5102.

In 2021, Celia was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Community Involvement:

Celia currently lives in West Chester, OH (Butler County). Celia is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Butler County Bar Association. Celia is a committee member on the Ohio Innocence Project’s Young Professionals Committee and serves as a board member for the DePauw University Regional Alumni Association and for the EDGE Teen Center in Butler County. Celia is also a member of the Oxford Community Foundation Grants Committee.
